Nick & Dave King (Son, Father) have over 50 years exp between them, making up the management team. We enjoy tackling some of the more challenging projects. We're mainly self-build contractors, with a vast network of colleagues,resources and Knowledge.
The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend them to others.

Arthur has completed decking my whole courtyard garden in Eastbourne and I am thrilled with the result. He turned a mess of a garden into a unified area that looks fantastic. I originally wanted some advice and Arthur's ideas were very good and the garden ended up exactly as I had hoped. My garden has no rear access so my house had to house the materials for a while but Arthur was meticulous in cleaning up every evening. The original quote was reasonable and kept to. I would recommend.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
Over 30 years of experience as a multi-tradesman. As well as being a qualified plumber I specialise in other wet trades e.g Decorating, Plastering & Rendering, Tiling & Bricklaying. Also, I fit laminate flooring, skirtings, architraves and timber stud work. I am always punctual and reliable, and clean and tidy in my work. Overall Paul and his team did a great job, the workmanship is acceptable, and the team were friendly, helpful and open to discuss what they were doing. However; it often felt like my job was being juggled with other more important jobs, I’ve been asked by subsequent trades how it took over a year to complete a job that should have taken a few months. There are several issues that Paul has refused to rectify, the roof leaks (which has just cost me £7k to replace). Overall I’m disappointed in the service.
