Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. Ivor undertook the initial measuring and quotes, putting us at ease with his suggestions and solutions. Then when the job started he and his team arrived in good numbers and on time. They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. We had 3 pieces of work completed in just over 1 week, with payment only on completion to our satisfaction.

Nick did a fantastic job at removing our chimney breast wall. He was very professional and thorough with the job. We paid the council to sign this job off too. The team Nick has his fab. I would definitely recommend Nick and use him again. Nick give us a good price too. The guys cleared up after themselves and organised a skip, we didn't notice alot of mess, thank you.
