First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. The guy turned right on time , was very courteous , serviced the boiler and issued the certificate . He also advised and completed a safety issue of the pressure outlet valve which was never picked up before so thank you for that . would highly recommend
