They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

I had been trying for a long time to find a contractor to do ladder work for a few essential roofing and conservatory repairs. The person that attended on site Joseph appeared polite at start but once the job started he never attended site and his workers were not following minimum safety practices i.e. transferring heavy OBS boardings on a ladder. The quote included removing old roofing including firrings only to find out that they quicky started boarding up with the existing firrings which were rotten. At the end I had to stop the job and was asked to pay 2000 £ for materials that was not provided with sufficient receipts for.
