Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!

We were kept informed every step of the way about what the fitting of our skylight entailed. Kevin took photographs of our roof to explain the job before discussing each step. Very clean despite such a messy job. Punctual, arriving early and leaving late. He was always cheerful and extremely hard working in ridiculous temperatures. Prompt visit by Mark with competitive quotation-which resulted in lowest of 3.Discussed other necessary work needed but put under no pressure to have it done.Decided to proceed with additional repair work and vast majority completed in one day-(4 roofers).Whilst generally satisfied with repair work done, some finishing could have been more pleasing if additional time had been spent on it. Overall staff were polite, helpful & willing to come back if any issues arise. Note - Roofing work is not cheap! 4.5*
