Dave contacted me pretty quickly and then came out to see the issue the same day. By the next day, the scaffolding was up and unfortunately the leak wasn’t a simple fix but Dave took me up on the roof to see the issues first hand. He suggested repairing the roof in stages to manage the cost but as he progressed up the roof, the whole roof needed replacing as the felt had worn down throughout the roof, we had rotten battens and a damaged chimney. The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Fast, competent and friendly service. Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. I wish I had gone with these guys sooner. Fantastic work, that included aftersales care advice, and even offered to send a roofer he knew for some additional unrelated work.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
