Ray arrived on time as promised. He gave helpful and honest opinions. He gave a very fair quote and was able to schedule the work quickly. We have asked Ray to complete more work, having someone reliable locally to us is key for the running of our centre.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Matty done a fantastic job at my property and had it ready in time for my new tenant as promised. He is very polite, punctual, true to his word and knows what he's doing. I was very pleased with the job that Adem & his friend did. The work was perfect. Adem has done 2 jobs for us now . He is very punctual, friendly & very hard working. He can do any job to a very high standard & i will be contacting him in the future when needed.

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.
