We had a stable block reroofed with Onduline. A relatively easy job for a roofer so no problems. Communication was excellent they quoted promptly, turned up as planned, on time. Timescale for job anticipated as 2/3 days and it was all neatly finished in that time as promised. The waste material was disposed of correctly and we were given the documents to authenticate it.

James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied.
