The response to my listing was prompt and polite and this set the standard for all of my dealings with Perry and his crew. First visit to site was on time. With an agreed start date I was kept up to date with delivery dates for materials, scaffolding and the crew, who arrived on time and started promptly. Full respect to my property was shown. An excellent job at a competitive price. Aaron provided a quote which outlined details of the job to be done. They arrived as promised at 7.45 and had the job done in just over 6 hours. The work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up thoroughly after - no mess left for us. Aaron discussed in detail the problems discovered and has suggested further minor work to improve ventilation in the roof - which we will have done. Overall we are very happy with the work and would use Solid Roofing Services again.

Paul contacted us promptly on posting of our roofing job, and we were quickly able to obtain a quote from him. On arrival to give his quotation, he was able to give us a full breakdown of what needed doing, and spotted a problem area that had escaped our attention. He then swiftly gave a full quotation and a promise that the price given was fixed. On completion of the job, Paul provided photographs of rectified areas prior to payment. He was professional from start to finish, and we highly recommend him.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Tim and his team were always on time and very reliable. They did a great job even though they had the rain to deal with which is not what you expect in August. Checked that I was happy with how the work was progressing and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Gunner Gardens and would use them again.

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. I am very pleased and look forward to living with my new guttering.

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.

Graham and his lads were great. Would highly recommend for your building works. Was always open book about costs and plan of action, spoke on the phone regularly and was always easy to get hold of to give you that piece of mind. Full kitchen extension 5m x 3m from start to finish. Trusted with access to the property and never had any issues.

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.
