Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing.
