I had 2 other people do the job but wasn’t done properly on both occasions. These guys knew what they were doing and we haven’t had any problems so far (fingers crossed). I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation to call them for future work

As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .

Absolutely brilliant! Polite, well presented and utterly professional. Arrived when they said they would, their work was very clean and tidy ( my wife expected to have a load of cleaning to do when she got back from work!!) and the price is very reasonable. After all the storms we found our lead flashing was weak and as a result water came in to the property. We contacted Duncan Hood via Rated People. He turned up when he said he would, he did a temporary fix which we paid a £50 call out fee for (which he later deducted off the final bill) - he came back within a week and fixed the leading to a very high spec. Duncan is reliable, punctual, polite, and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A great job and a nice bloke.
