After all the storms we found our lead flashing was weak and as a result water came in to the property. We contacted Duncan Hood via Rated People. He turned up when he said he would, he did a temporary fix which we paid a £50 call out fee for (which he later deducted off the final bill) - he came back within a week and fixed the leading to a very high spec. Duncan is reliable, punctual, polite, and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A great job and a nice bloke.

Duane did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen worktops for us along with adding 2 kitchen units we could not have asked for better work amd the kitchen now looks brilliant Duane came exactly when he said he would except for a 1 week delay but the work we received was well worth the wait. I cannot recommend Alistair highly enough. We have had a total re fit of our shower room and Alistair coordinated all the tradesmen needed to complete the work to a really high standard. He is reliable, professional and a perfectionist in his work and nothing is too much trouble to .ensure his customers are totally happy with the results.
