Alfie and the lads did a great job on our roof. They turned up on time, even though it was pouring with rain, and got stuck in straight away. Finished the whole thing in just three days, and we now have a nice new roof. Price was really fair, and the scaffolding guys were spot on too. Would definitely recommend them!

Hi. My insurers won't accept the written note for the leaking roof repair and missing lead section. They want something on letterheaded paper instead. You can email it to me and I'll send it onto them. Thanks

The response to my listing was prompt and polite and this set the standard for all of my dealings with Perry and his crew. First visit to site was on time. With an agreed start date I was kept up to date with delivery dates for materials, scaffolding and the crew, who arrived on time and started promptly. Full respect to my property was shown. Tim and his team were always on time and very reliable. They did a great job even though they had the rain to deal with which is not what you expect in August. Checked that I was happy with how the work was progressing and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Gunner Gardens and would use them again.

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. Graham and his lads were great. Would highly recommend for your building works. Was always open book about costs and plan of action, spoke on the phone regularly and was always easy to get hold of to give you that piece of mind. Full kitchen extension 5m x 3m from start to finish. Trusted with access to the property and never had any issues.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money.
