The roof repair and cleaning service fell short in several areas. The quoted price was unexpectedly increased during the work. Dust from the roof cleaning covered walls, windows, and the front of the house, requiring additional cleaning for my property and my neighbor’s. Additionally, cement pieces were left in the drainage pipe, risking clogs. Better transparency, cleanup are needed.

Gary did a fantastic job at a really reasonable price,he is a hard worker who takes a great pride in his workmanship. I am happy to recommend him for any roofing issues,large or small.

Tim and his team were always on time and very reliable. They did a great job even though they had the rain to deal with which is not what you expect in August. Checked that I was happy with how the work was progressing and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Gunner Gardens and would use them again.

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. I am very pleased and look forward to living with my new guttering.

Graham and his lads were great. Would highly recommend for your building works. Was always open book about costs and plan of action, spoke on the phone regularly and was always easy to get hold of to give you that piece of mind. Full kitchen extension 5m x 3m from start to finish. Trusted with access to the property and never had any issues.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money.
