Neil did a spot on job and when he had trouble with his transport I was more than happy to leave the place unlocked for him, really, he's one of the best.

Came promptly to assess leaking roof. Explained exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost, when he could do it and how long it would take. Replaced missing tiles and fixed the ones that had moved. Very professional and efficient, would recommend him without doubt.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend John for any joinery job. We were so impressed with the standard of his work for the jobs we originally hired him for that we also asked him to come back and fit our new kitchen. Luke did an amazing job! He was diligent, was always early and knows how to act courteously in someone's home. Jozsef did a first class job, we are very pleased, he arrived on time did a brilliant job dispite many problems he just got on with it, he cleaned up after fitting new taps and left the place looking great, I would definitely recommend him.

Very helpful & professional. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.

Would fully recommend Hardy Access Services. Quoted over the phone, punctual and was able to provide a replacement outdoor light when ours couldn't be replaced. Good workmanship with the indoor light.
