First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. I would definitely use them again & only deducted a star because Fabian arrived 2.5 hours after the agreed slot, making things a bit tricky for me
