As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. RPS contacted myself for a viewing of the roof replacement. They used a drone to view from the outside and contacted me for further details regarding type of tiles. They source there tiles from down south too to get a installation date in 2 months time. Arranged an appointment for a quote. Called the night before in case he couldn't come as arranged. I was assured everything was fine. Stayed overnight on sofa, not my usual address, waited in for him. Got a text after the appt time rather than a phone call saying he couldnt make it to the afternoon. I am having to rush to work as it is and I'm working till the evening. Has completely wasted my time. This could have been sorted if he had been honest last night.
