James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows.
