On the 16th 0f August I had these roofers fix the valleys on my roof due to a leak on the roof. A couple of days later it rained and the leak was still there. I contacted them to ask if they could come back and fix the problem. They told me that one of the team would be round tha week. One week later no one has turned up to fix the problem. They are now blanking me and not returning my messages or emails. They claim to give you a 2 year warranty but dont come back to fix their work. Poor service.

I hired this company after a £1,500 quote from Anthony, who called the job "very bad." I trusted their rating. The two-hour job—replacing ridge tiles, repointing, and waste removal—ended up costing £1,800, including £300 VAT, which seemed high. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials.
