I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Silvio was very quick to respond, came to see the job and offered a price soon after which I accepted. Turned up on time and with his colleague proceeded with the work, as it was a bathroom refurb they checked positions with me as they went along which was good. The work was completed well and they left everything very clean. They returned the next day to re-fit a kitchen extractor for me, it was a demanding job they found a way to make it work and again left everything clean and tidy. Fully recommended

Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. From start to finish, Michael and his lads did an excellent job of replacing my roof. Aside from the quality of their workmanship which was great, what impressed me most was Michael’s willingness to communicate with me every step of the way where he’d explain exactly what they were doing, how they were doing it, and when they would do it. After flood and storm damage Howard and his team attended the house very quickly. They submitted an extremely efficient report of works required and the qoute was very good.
