Hello, My name is Mark, the past 10mths I have been working for a facilities maintenance company in Ireland and Northern Ireland. I am a licensed plumber and prior moving from Australia to Ireland, I ran my own plumbing business, I worked for a couple of plumbing company and I spent 20yrs in the Royal Australian Navy. The guys worked on my sizeable kitchen extension in Ballyhackamore and despite all the hassles with covid they got it finished up really quickly and it was a very tidy job. 30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.
