Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Very quick response from David and he got straight to business. Very professional, did an amazing job on a very overgrown garden and left it all looking very neat and tidy indeed. Worked about 6 hours on v hot day. I don't normally give five stars but his work was first class!
