I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Alfred offered a proper, written quote which was good value. He and his team did the work a few days later. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards, I was aware my ridge tiles and gable end needed attention and the quote for those were good value and the work was done at the same day. There was no pressure on me to have the work done. My house is nearly 50 years old and nothing has been done to the roof in all that time. I highly recommend Alfred and his team.
I'm a joiner with 8years experience working on Newbuild sites and private work. I currently have a contract on a building site meaning most of the work undertaken would be done at night and/or Weekends. Larger jobs will have time made for them with enough notice thanks.

After struggling to get somebody to do this job Miller Property Maintenance contacted me and promptly arranged to view the job. they explained to me what needed done, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to do the job in 2 days .By the time they came there were more panels down but they fitted them for the original price and secured other loose panels to prevent further damage. they carried out excellent work and kept me informed as to what they were doing .I would definitely use them again. .
