I hired this company after a £1,500 quote from Anthony, who called the job "very bad." I trusted their rating. The two-hour job—replacing ridge tiles, repointing, and waste removal—ended up costing £1,800, including £300 VAT, which seemed high. Anthony promised an invoice but didn’t send it until I contacted Rated People. The invoice was flawed: no VAT number, my name misspelled, and an absurd total of £18,000. Their communication was good and they kept us informed of changes to the schedule (delays due to rain) and progress. They were punctual and the standard of their work was very good and the finish was professional. They were very friendly and helpful.
