He spent extra time to correct the pipe problem caused the leak before the installation. The finish was very neat and pleasant. I had new carpets fitted & needed 6 doors shaving because they weren't shutting properly any more. Dale did an excellent job & they are now all closing fine. It was actually quite a tricky task because most of them were heavy fire doors & 2 of them required re-hanging but Dale made short work of it & his communication was really good throughout & he also tidied up after himself. I would highly recommend Dale’s services & would happily employ him again.

"Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"
