I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.

We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.
