I highly recommend Martin. Using a Dorff machine to strip paint from external walls he was accurate in describing the outcome and I was highly satisfied. He was on time, reliable and even willing to travel to East London from Grantham showing commitment to working. I would not hesitate to recommend Proctors cleaning services.

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Hi, My name is Paul. I have recently set up our family run business in property services after 30 years’ experience in the trade of carpentry and joinery. As a service we aim to be professional, reliable, honest, and flexible. We are fully insured. I started my career as a bench joiner, making and fitting all kinds of joinery including, doors and windows, conservatories, shop fittings, and pub bars. Some highlights during this time were building display cabinets for Harrods, and the Ritz hotel, and bookcases for the British library. I moved onto making and installing high specification kitchens, before taking the leap into self-employment. During subcontracting for others, I have increased my knowledge and skills in new builds, residential and commercial building improvements. Some highlights from the last few years, have been to work on the roofing of the admissions centre at Windsor Castle, fitting oak doors and frames at Eton college, and seating stands for a new opera house. If I wasn’t busy enough! I have completely refurbished one house and working on my second. Please have a look at some of my photos of work completed.

If you're looking for a carpenter then look no further! Paul is the rare combination of skillful, reliable and reasonably priced. He's also a genuinely nice guy. No job is too big or small. Paul fitted our engineered wooden floor and he did such a good job we had no hesitation in re-booking him to box in some pipes and hang a door. I can't recommend Paul enough and if we need any further work we will go straight back to him.

Freddie & Freddie spent two days in the cold weather taming my very overgrown garden. They expertly and safely cut down and removed a 10yr old field maple tree sited next to a 6ft wooden fence, having dug deep to remove the stump and major roots. They also removed a large bush and overgrown briar rose and weeded between shrubs, pruning as requested, and rotovated all the overgrown borders . All the garden waste was taken away. I am delighted with the result of their hard work. For me it was excellent value.

He completed a re rendering job and damp prevention job on my bay window. Explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Completed the job in a day and everything was neat and well done. This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. High quality job from quote to finish. In the end we had a new boiler and mains pressure hot water tank to replace the original set up. Good advice on products and even saved us from replacing a power shower by understanding the system we already had, when every other engineer had advised that it would have to be replaced. Good price for the job. Always arrived when he said and removed all the waste promptly. I would definitely use Tim again and intend to use him for all my Gas and plumbing needs.
