You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. Harry came and assessed the job and we agreed a price. Came one day later to start job due to previous job overrunning. Commenced work of taking gutters down then said he would need an extra £1500 for drip trays and I refused and Harry said well how much can you pay? We eventually settled on £750 . Work appears to be of good standard and the lads were very polite. But not happy I was asked to pay extra and think job hadn’t been assessed properly. When asked to pay Harry not keen on Credit card option.

He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.
The response to my listing was prompt and polite and this set the standard for all of my dealings with Perry and his crew. First visit to site was on time. With an agreed start date I was kept up to date with delivery dates for materials, scaffolding and the crew, who arrived on time and started promptly. Full respect to my property was shown.
