Plumber Lawrence lied to my tenant that her and her son were lucky to be alive because my boiler was dangerously killing them that carbon monoxide detector was faulty. He wanted to change the boiler. I gave the job to a different gas engineer and the inventory agent both confirmed that the carbon monoxide detector was fine and it is still in use. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
