The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. After accepting quote Tim arranged for all materials he required to be collected or delivered (without any money up front) & kept me informed at all times. Work was arranged within 2 weeks & carried out exactly as specified on the day & time arranged. Fantastic work at a competitive price & I would highly recommend.
