we do all roughcast stone and general brick work repairs lead work and general maintenance special removal work and also digger work trenching drainage clearance and general leveling ect 45years in the trade.
Pat came really promptly for a quote and gave a good price and did the work within the week. Brilliant job - great to deal with - very friendly and just got on with it and got it done. I have over 14 years of experience in the building trade(started young). I am able to do all aspects of building work except plumbing and electrics and take great joy in all i do. Being a builder I have realised their is always solutions to any problem.
Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.
I would highly recommend mcainally roofline services. I was very happy with the work that was carried out. My experience of them was very straightforward and they did exactly what they said there were going to do. They were professional, reliable and I also found them very personable. They went out of there way to be helpful and did a few extra small jobs like painting the doors free of charge when only the walls were quoted for. I would definitely use them again.

I cannot praise him and alistairs work highly enough from keeping me informed as to what he was doing to the finished job which was absolutely spot on. I started as a landscaper at 14 in my holidays, I continued it while I was a student. I stopped this when I turned 20, In 2014 I returned to this and built a team of guys, doing large landscaping jobs and even moved into multi trade work organising plumbers, electricians and joiners to tackle houses while I was doing slabbing and managing, 50 gardens. I took a break from this a few years ago and now I have a new run specialising in maintenance with over 50 Gardens. I will still look at fences and clean ups etc, depends on what's in the diary of course.
