David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

Really good service . I knew exactly what the job entailed as I received it in writing. They also only wanted a deposit beforehand. Dave who came to do the work was very professional , worked really hard to clean my roof. He cleaned up afterwards including my neighbours grounds. He took pictures of areas I could not see. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken.
