We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . We never leave a job until the customer is happy and has approved the finish Job. We aim to please .

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. I can supply my registration number for any checks.

Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks both for an excellent job done.

Hi My name is Llyw I am a qualified joiner and have been in the trade for the past 14 years. Took time to find out exactly what we wanted, drew up and agreed the plans for the the local authority accordingly and provided detailed costings. Provided realistic timetable & started on agreed date.Were clean and tidy workers, aware we still had to live whilst they were working. Any issues were discussed as they occurred and resolved. Finished in timescale.Also helped reduce costs. Excellent work and workers, really pleased with the new extension and patio, on budget and all certification received.

Steve did an excellent job in removing the corner tape, placing and re-painting. You would never know there was any problem! The job was done quickly and efficiently and Steve is a really friendly guy. Would recommend for any jobs in your home and will definitely use his services again in the future.
