He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there. Dean (& Winston) is now my 'go to guy' for all things brick and tiles.
