I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly.
