Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!

That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Very good job done by father and son team. Got quoted for a garden landscaping job and completely very swiftly, quicker than originally planned. They cleaned up after themselves which is good and left the area in a good state. Already spoken to them about another fencing job so look forward to potentially working with them again.

Prompt visit by Mark with competitive quotation-which resulted in lowest of 3.Discussed other necessary work needed but put under no pressure to have it done.Decided to proceed with additional repair work and vast majority completed in one day-(4 roofers).Whilst generally satisfied with repair work done, some finishing could have been more pleasing if additional time had been spent on it. Overall staff were polite, helpful & willing to come back if any issues arise. Note - Roofing work is not cheap! 4.5*
