We are new to Rated People as we are looking to work more locally in the NW area at the domestic and small commercial level. With over 18 years in the trade, we have been successfully installing floor coverings on projects for a wide ranging client base; retail shops, gyms, pharmacies, offices, schools and more. As well as the commercial work we also have a great deal of experience in carrying out projects for home owners. The types of flooring we install include: LVT (Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo). Vinyl Tiles and Planks (Polyflor, Gerflor). Vinyl Sheet (Altro, Polyflor, Polysafe, Gerflor, Forbo). Carpet Tiles (Burmatex, Tarkett, Interface). Our services cover all aspects of the preparation works required prior to fitting new floor coverings. These include: Uplifting existing materials. Advising if a damp proof membrane is needed. Smoothing underlayments (screeding). Plywood for timber subfloors. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!
