You’d be warmly welcomed to visit our showroom in Oakham where you’ll see the articulate craftsmanship on display with our fully LVT fitted flooring designs ranging from herringbone, chevron, heritage, wood and tile effect and bespoke border work. I'm happy to supply and install your flooring, but if you just want my expertise to install/advise on any DIY projects that's fine. I can damp proof floors, fix uneven floors with screeds and plywood, lay carpets and design bespoke flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tiles. If you’d prefer us to visit your residence I can bring all samples to your home and measure up followed by a quote for your project. We are a small family run business, I have over 10 years fitting experience in the flooring sector whilst being approved retailers for some of the largest carpet and LVT brands across the country. The types of flooring we install include: LVT (Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo). Vinyl Tiles and Planks (Polyflor, Gerflor). Vinyl Sheet (Altro, Polyflor, Polysafe, Gerflor, Forbo). Carpet Tiles (Burmatex, Tarkett, Interface). Our services cover all aspects of the preparation works required prior to fitting new floor coverings. These include: Uplifting existing materials. Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Punctual, Organized, Meticulous, Tidy and Considerate. Garvin is easy to get on with and has done a very good job. The tiling of the hallway and kitchen was completed on time with no problems. We have no hesitation in recommending Garvin for any tiling work!
