We highly recommend these guys - friendly, courteous and helpful. They took the time to explain and discuss everything about our needs to make sure we got what we wanted at the same time as ensuring our finished article was fit for purpose. From a bathroom that wasn’t usable due to problems with low water pressure to a beautiful shower room that is a joy to use. Paul ripped out my old bathroom and carried out a replacement. He has done an amazing job! My property is old so there were some issues along the way re the existing pipes and walls. Not recommended. Various delays on completion of decking job - weather , faulty materials. Paid for work promptly. After two weeks part of decking fell off ( decking unused). Company failed to repair work. Have given me four dates that they would fix - all no shows. Have not heard from them since last no show 29th July. Disappointing.

I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
