1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. ACL were a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the build and finish. It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.
