Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

Matt gave us a detailed estimate and set out his terms clearly. He was polite and professional and carried out the refurb of our cloakroom to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.
