Paid Paul £1,190 for materials for our vinyl floor job back in September. I had to move the first appointment due to my work commitments, but then he cancelled the next two at the last minute and stopped communicating, ignoring our repeated efforts to try to fix a further appointment. Agreed to refund us within a few days in early December but didn't. No communication now for a month. No refund. Would be interested to hear from others with similar experiences how they got him to respond.

You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

I do painting,decorating and plastering .I am always dedicated to what I do and have never gotten a bad review . I live in Thorton Heath and have a lot of experience working in people 's houses. I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

I recently hired Sergiu from SR Bespoke Joinery to address a bathroom leak and repair the resulting damage to the ceiling, as well as re-tile the area behind the sink. Despite some complications in locating the leak, Sergiu approached the situation with impressive calmness and logic, ultimately identifying and resolving the issue effectively. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
