Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.

Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I also do garage conversion. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet I am very experienced in plumbing/ pumps, what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, conversion, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.
