Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

With over 20 years in the trade, we have been successfully installing floor coverings on projects for a wide ranging client base; home owners, landlords, retail shops, gyms, pharmacies, offices, schools and more. The types of flooring we install include: LVT (Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo). Vinyl Tiles and Planks (Polyflor, Gerflor). Vinyl Sheet (Altro, Polyflor, Polysafe, Gerflor, Forbo). Carpet Tiles (Burmatex, Tarkett, Interface). Our services cover all aspects of the preparation works required prior to fitting new floor coverings. These include: Uplifting existing materials. Advising if a damp proof membrane is needed. Smoothing underlayments (screeding). Plywood for timber subfloors. There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better.
