We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Anthony and Geoff are great people to work with. They gave a competitive quote and realistic time schedule - both of which were kept to. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Work finished to a high standard and am very pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to use them again and very happy to recommend. Nice guys, great workers.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. Really please with Ian and his team. The garden looks great. The job was done to a high quality and they left the garden spotless. The price was very fair for the work they did. Ian helped recommend the fake grass and helped keep the price down. Looking forward to a long summer spent in the garden.

I can’t rate Gia highly enough, he did an amazing job of rendering our retaining wall. He is highly qualified and experienced in silicone render, and put in a level of care and expertise that was well above expectations. Thank you!
