Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

Silviu and his team did a neat and tidy job, on time and within the budget agreed. They went out of their way to help with collecting and delivering the materials needed, because of the time constraint and I really appreciate that gesture. This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. Dean turned up smack on time, carried out a thorough and detailed inspection, and provided a prompt quote for the work needed. Very co-operative, took pains not to interfere with the running of the Club, or the staff carrying out their duties. Most impressed.

Simon is extremely professional, very friendly, and has a fantastic attention to detail that isn't found often in tradesmen these days. He has an obvious pride in his work which is reflected in the quality of the job he completed for us. We have hired him again for more work, because an electrician of his standard is hard to find!
