Reports and Annual Certifications come with every Maintenance Contract or Installation.
Was charged for annual maintenance in July 2020 but have not been contacted since and I will now be reporting this to the consumer protection line
I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. If you want New Windows or Doors and Conservatories i can do . I Have Liabiliy insurance cover.
