Mike was very professional through the whole process of the work from quoting to installation of my CCTV system All the work was carried out as agreed in my quote and at the agreed price, Mike arrived on time, explained exactly what was happening, installed my system cleaned up after installation , and explained in detail how to operate the system. Mariusz did a fantastic job replacing a damaged worktop in our kitchen. He went above and beyond, doing additional work like tidying up the plumbing, to ensure the job was done to a high standard. He was also polite and tidy, and kept us in the loop from the day he took the job on.

Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.
