Benn was clear about rates and what to expect, which was very helpful with a limited budget. He was timely and kept me informed about estimates etc, and explained what needed doing urgently, and what could wait.

Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.
