Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Really sound guy. Was quick at getting back to me and quick on the job too. Very chatty and lovely! Glad he is local as I will use him again. Had advice for future electrical related things like picking up on my smoke alarm being faulty and kitchen light being the wrong fitting. Definitely recommend!

Dean turned up smack on time, carried out a thorough and detailed inspection, and provided a prompt quote for the work needed. Very co-operative, took pains not to interfere with the running of the Club, or the staff carrying out their duties. Most impressed.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Shane was very polite and we found him such a lovely person and would not hesitate in contacting him again.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
